Personas creation for a European clothing brand

An over-50s fashion brand wanted to better understand how to meet the needs of their audience. We built 7 personas for the company for both their existing and potential customers. To create personas, we created a mixed-methods survey and undertook latent class analysis to cluster groups to form the core of these personas.

Fundraising journey user research for a UK charity

A charity wanted to improve the functionality and user experience of their online fundraising journey. They’d received feedback from event participants and fundraisers who were struggling with different aspects of the journey. We ran usability testing on the website to answer the following question: How can we improve the fundraising journey to provide a more enjoyable and frictionless experience for users?
